All the cladding on the walls was removed taking it back to original wall surface.

New lats were attached to the ceiling to attach new plasterboard.

All joints at the edges of plasterboard need to be taped so the surface is flat.

The ceiling is given a smooth flat plaster skim finish.

The Job Details

The pictures above are of a job J.T.Plastering have just finished, they show the job from start to finish. We started by stripping of the wood cladding off the walls and the ceiling tiles . Then we had to fix new wooden lats to the ceiling to straighten it out, then we over boarded and dot and dabbed the walls, after this was dry we skimmed the whole room to give a smooth finish.
